UHM recognized by Mortgage Executive MagazineUnion Home Mortgage Corp. (UHM) has been named one of the 50 Best Companies to Work For in America by Mortgage Executive Magazine.Every year Mortgage Executive invites Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) to rate their satisfaction with their current companies. This year over 10,000 loan officers from 200 mortgage companies and banks participated in the survey.MLOs were asked to rate the company’s culture, loan processing, underwriting, compensation, management, marketing and technology. The overall rankings were based on a combination of MLO votes and an average rating score.UHM had a total number of 60 MLO votes and an average score of 4.9389 on a scale of one to five.
